Make dreams come true this Christmas in Plymouth and meet Santa Claus himself! Santa will be appearing in various places across the city during the holiday season, promising to bring festive cheer and giving you the perfect opportunity to give him your Christmas gifts!

The Box

Start the day off properly and enjoy breakfast with Santa at The Box! Taking places on Sunday's throughout December, come along and feel the festive magic in The Box's Kitchen and Bar. Choose from baps or pancakes and meet Father Christmas before the big day. A gift is included! 

                                                   

The Barbican and Sutton Harbour 

Grab your Christmas hat and a warm coat then head to the dazzling Barbican Christmas Lights switch on Saturday 15 November, and join in the free Christmas family fun and entertainment! You will have the chance to visit Santa in his Grotto on Southside Street throughout the day (pre-booking essential), before he sets off to gather his companions and arrive by the RNLI boat to turn on the Christmas lights.

Don't miss the Santa Fun Run on Sunday 7 December, with hundreds of Santas travelling around the waterfront in aid of Jeremiah's Journey and Shekinah.

                                    

Boringdon Hall Hotel

Feel the magic of Christmas at Boringdon Hall with their enchanting Santa's Grotto. Arrive and be dazzled by a dance performance, enjoy a delicious Festive Afternoon Tea, get creative with Christmas activities including gingerbread decorating and meet Santa Claus himself to receive a Christmas present. Taking place on both the 7 and 21 December.

                                                               

Plymouth Boat Trips

Enjoy the Kids Christmas Santa Cruise on selected weekends in December. A fun-packed festive children’s party and cruise for the whole family to enjoy. With festive music, face painting and a visit from Santa all on board, it makes for the perfect Christmas afternoon!

     

National Marine Aquarium

Join the National Marine Aquarium for a fin-tastic festive adventure as Santa and one of his trusty elves make a special splash during their 1:30pm dive show! Watch in wonder as Santa takes to the water, swimming alongside sharks, rays, a giant turtle, and a whole host of ocean creatures. 

   

China Fleet Country Club

At the lovely China Fleet Country Club, just outside Plymouth, you’ll find two magical festive experiences with Santa this December. Enjoy Breakfast with Santa, where families can tuck into a delicious cooked and continental buffet while little ones receive a special gift from Santa himself. Or visit Santa’s Grotto and Carvery, where children can meet Santa and his cheerful elves before everyone sits down together for a hearty festive meal, complete with fun activities, face painting, and plenty of Christmas cheer.

Pennywell Farm

Pennywell Farm becomes a magical winter wonderland at Christmas! Experience the Christmas Nativity in the barn, starring some real life furry friends, before enjoying some tasty festive treats and then meeting Father Christmas in the sparkly enchanted forest – he has a special gift for every child. 

           

Crowne Plaza

Enjoy a 2-course sunday lunch with santa and an afternoon of fun entertainment Crowne Plaza Plymouth on 7 December, with photo opportunities, a family disco and a gift for the children.

                                                              

Chaplins

Santa will be dropping into Chaplins to review all your Christmas lists during the festive season. Visit the Santa's Grotto inside the store which is open every weekend in December in the build-up to Christmas. While you're there, explore the polar bears, the sparkly light tunnel and snow flurries that'll be sure to fill you with feel-good festive vibes.

                      

Time and Again 

Celebrate the season with a magical morning at Time & Again, on Monday 22 December. Families can enjoy a festive breakfast from 9:45 AM, with a warm welcome from Santa’s cheerful elves at 9:30 AM.

Children will have the chance to meet Santa, receive a small gift, and take part in fun activities like colouring and biscuit decorating. There’s even a Fancy Dress Competition for children and dogs, with a prize for the best dressed!
