Step into a truly magical Christmas experience, filled with festive wonder, heart-warming moments and unforgettable family memories.  From the moment you arrive, you'll be guided through a beautifully crafted Christmas journey that brings the story, spirit and joy of the season to life. ️

North Pole: Check-In Your adventure begins at the North Pole, where our friendly elves will welcome you and check you in for your Christmas journey. Collect your Christmas Passport and gather stamps as you make your way through each magical part of the experience Live Nativity Scene Next, journey back 2,000 years as the story of the first Christmas unfolds before your eyes.

Travel to Bethlehem in search of an inn, before settling into our cosy Main Barn, transformed into a live Nativity scene. With a real manger and Pennywell animals looking on, the story of Christmas is brought to life in a gentle, immersive and unforgettable way. 

Christmas Animal Cuddles After the Nativity, enjoy festive close encounters with our animals. Tickle, touch and stroke our adorable Pennywell Miniature piglets and other furry friends – a magical moment for children and grown-ups alike Visit Father Christmas Enter our sparkly enchanted forest, where Father Christmas will be waiting in his grotto with a special gift for every child To keep the experience relaxed and magical, visits to Father Christmas are limited to a maximum of two families at a time.

Your Ticket Also Includes Access to Our Christmas Village Complimentary Festive Treats Warm up in Noah's Barn with a mince pie and hot drink for adults, plus a homemade Christmas biscuit and cold drink for children.

Elves' Sweetshop Visit the Elves' Sweetshop where every child receives a complimentary bag of festive sweets ✨ Tractor & Trailer Ride Climb aboard the Tractor & Trailer Ride and see if you can spot the gingerbread men hiding along the route!

Indoor& Outdoor Play Enjoy festive playtime with bouncy castles inside Noah's Barn, plus access to our Treetops Adventure Towers. Countless Instagrammable Moments Wander through stunning Christmas scenes and photo opportunities, glowing under a canopy of festoon lights – perfect for capturing magical memories.

Christmas Bar* Treat yourself to local cider, beer and ale, or cosy up with a luxury hot chocolate from our Christmas Bar.

Marshmallow Toasting Experience* Gather around the fire pits and toast a delicious marshmallow – a true Christmas favourite! Food & Drink* Our Treetops Takeaway and Noah's Barn food outlet will be open, serving pizza, pasties, sausage rolls, sandwiches and more. *Drinks from the bar, marshmallows for toasting, and food & drink (excluding the complimentary items listed above) are available to purchase and not included in your ticket price.

 Important Information Please allow 2–2.5 hours for the full Christmas experience You're welcome to stay longer in the Christmas Village if you wish.

Just 3 Minutes off the A38 1 mile south of Buckfastleigh - follow the brown tourist signs.

Pennywell is situated in an unnamed country lane which has its own signposted exit from the A38. You may need to continue on the road for a few hundred yards after your sat nav tells you that you have arrived!

Bus

There is no direct bus service to Pennywell but the A38 runs between Plymouth and Exeter and stops in the town of Buckfastleigh which is just over a mile away. Contact Stagecoach on 01392 427711 or visit the website: www.stagecoachbus.com for further information.

You can then make the walk up to the farm from here or book a taxi.

Train

The nearest train station is in the town of Totnes, 7 miles from Pennywell
