Santa's Grotto
Get ready for a truly unforgettable festive adventure as you visit Santa's Grotto at Dartmoor Zoo!
Meet Santa himself, share your Christmas wishes, and receive a special surprise gift straight from the North Pole. Capture magical moments with plenty of festive photo opportunities that you'll treasure for years to come. Plus, enjoy festive arts and crafts with one of Santa's cheerful helpers!
The fun doesn't stop there! One of our friendly elves will whisk you away to a secret festive workshop, where little ones can unleash their creativity by:
Making their own Christmas bauble
Creating magical reindeer food
Writing a letter to Santa
Filled with Christmas cheer, creativity, and plenty of festive surprises, it's the perfect family experience to make this holiday season extra special.
If that wasn't enough...Every child will receive a festive Christmas cookie and a warming hot chocolate to make their visit even more special.
Important Information:
Santa's Grotto is a ticketed experience and is not included with general admission or Annual Pass entry. To attend Santa's Grotto, you must also have a valid general admission ticket or Annual Pass.
Spaces are limited and this magical experience is always in high demand, so we strongly recommend booking in advance to avoid disappointment!

Ticket Information:
Approximately 40 minute experience
£20 per ticket for 1 child and 1 accompanying adult
Each child's ticket includes a Christmas cookie and a hot chocolate (allergen alternatives available upon request)

Tickets are non refundable, unless the event is cancelled by Dartmoor Zoo due to exceptional circumstances.
Santa's Grotto is a ticketed experience and is NOT included with general admission or annual pass entry. To receive admission to our Santa's Grotto you MUST have an accompanying general admission or annual pass ticket.
