One hundred percent of the National Marine Aquarium’s proceeds go towards the Ocean Conservation Trust, a charity dedicated to connecting people with the Ocean.

10:30am - Entry to the National Marine Aquarium with a free annual return pass on arrival - With over 5,000 Ocean animals and awe-inspiring exhibits, explore the National Marine Aquarium for an experience you’ll never forget. Your Aquarium visit will take you on a journey around the different zones of the world’s Ocean, from the local waters of Plymouth Sound, all the way to the tropical seas of the Great Barrier Reef and everywhere in between! Home of the Ocean Conservation Trust, our Aquarium provides an opportunity to connect first-hand with the Ocean, what better place to spend your morning?

12:00 – 13:00 - VIP Behind the Scenes tour - During your tour, you’ll get to experience our key areas to are normally hidden from public view, learning first-hand things including how we keep over 6 million litres of water clean, and feed over 4,000 animals! Our Ocean Discovery Rangers will be your guides during this exclusive experience, and will be on hand to answer any questions you may have during your exciting and informative one hour tour.

13:00 – Award winning Fish and Chips at Rockfish* vegetarian and vegan options available. This is the perfect destination for seafood lovers. Our seafood restaurant & deck overlooks the ocean and is right next door to the National Marine Aquarium where you can see fish from all over the world and learn about their great work preserving and managing our marine environment. The famous Mayflower Steps are right next door and Plymouth fish market is just feet away from Rockfish so you can watch the fishing boats land, whilst you're enjoying your seafood & with stunning views overlooking Plymouth Sound.

Enjoy sustainably caught, fresh, local fish landed that day which we prepare by the harbour side at dawn to be served to you by lunchtime that day. Your server will talk through the daily selection available, marking each fish species down on your tablecloth and the different ways our chefs cook it to order for you - on the chargrill or crisp fried.

Your Experience includes food only, drinks will need to be purchased separately.
