Chamtrul Rinpoche: Meditation - a theoretical & practical guide
MEDITATION:
A rare opportunity to learn how to meditate and how to apply it to daily life from a true authentic Tibetan master...in Plymouth

After two very successful teachings last year Chamtrul Rinpoche will be visiting Plymouth for further teaching and sharing of knowledge - as part of his global tour.

Chamtrul Rinpoche is an eminent scholar and the recognized reincarnation of a great master from the Nyingma tradition of Tibetan Buddhism, the oldest school in Tibet.

With his renowned knowledge of the Buddhist teachings of Sutra, Tantra, and Dzogchen, he dedicates his life to helping people find inner peace.

The teachings are open to everybody (not just students or Buddhists), and are by donation. This will be the furthest SW his teachings have reached and a great opportunity to explore how are actions are influenced by motivation and the impact this can have on other people.

The first teaching will be focusing on A THEORETICAL AND PRACTICAL GUIDE TO MEDITATION (24th) and THREE BARDOS - THE TRANSITIONAL STATES BETWEEN LIFE AND DEATH (25th). Please note these are two different events/ teachings.

We do not charge for this event - but donations are welcome to guarantee next years teachings.

Held in the Roland Levinsky lecture theatre 1.
7PM prompt start.
