Come along to my introduction to meditation workshop. It’s for those who have never meditated before and would like to learn simple techniques so that you can practice at home.

Date: Saturday 27th April. Time: 10am – 12noon. Price £25

Wear comfortable clothes as you will be sitting (in chairs) for a while.
