Body Balance with Nuffield Health is back for 2023!
You can expect to bend and stretch through series of simple yoga moves, elements of Tai chi and Pilates while an inspiring soundtrack plays in background. Breathing control is part of all the exercises, and instructors will always provide options for those just getting started!
You'll be relaxing in front of our stunning Eddystone Reef Exhibit, which showcases all the native species to Plymouth!
