Join us for a creative family yoga experience inspired by the vibrant colours and expressive paintings of Gillian Ayres on a selection of Sunday mornings during the summer holiday. Through gentle movement, imaginative storytelling, breathing and relaxation, you'll explore the exhibition together in a calm, joyful and mindful way.
