About us

Plymouth's architecture is an enduring representation of post-war Britain and embodies the optimism Britain had after the Second World War. Join Tony Davey, Learning Development Officer for a stroll through town and discover how the Plan for Plymouth shaped the city centre. You'll be able to see the intentions the planners had when they were designing our modern city and learn why Plymouth could be as architecturally important as York or Bath.
