In partnership with Seafood Plymouth, Chef Matt Corner brings over 35 years of professional culinary experience to provide an inspiring cooking demonstration showcasing local species of fish landed right here in Plymouth.
Matt was proprietor and head Chef at The View an award-winning seafood restaurant in Millbrook for 20 years. Now through his CIC, Fair Table he teaches and inspires our next generation of Chefs.
The Seafood Plymouth brand was created by the Plymouth Fishing and Seafood Association to promote sustainable local fisheries, highlighting the value that buying local brings to our communities and importance of supporting our fishermen.
