About us

Join one of the South West’s largest charity sailing events and experience the excitement of the Eddystone Charity Pursuit, returning to Plymouth on Saturday 14 June 2025!

Watch as a spectacular fleet of yachts set sail from Plymouth Sound, racing out to the iconic Eddystone Lighthouse and back-a 26-mile offshore challenge that raises funds for a wide range of charities benefiting the human condition. Whether you’re a sailing enthusiast or simply love a day by the water, this is a fantastic opportunity to see the city come alive with colour, competition, and community spirit.

While the event is for registered yachts and crews, everyone is welcome to come down, cheer on the participants, and be part of this inspiring day.
