About us

Join Wild About Plymouth at a special adult only event linked to the Plymouth Art Weekender.

We'll be examining the art of Bridgette Ashton whose work is inspired by the discovery of the Cattedown Caves in the 1880's and their connection to the destruction and further reconstruction of the city.

After exploring Ashton's work we'll hop on a mini-bus and travel to the Cattedown site to explore the incredible history of its discovery; from the animals that lived in the caves to how sea levels have shaped the landscape we know today.

Please note this is a special event aimed at adults only. There will be some walking involved along steep paths and we advise that attendees bring water and wear sturdy shoes.
