About us
Plymouth College of Art's Young Arts programme was established in 1988. Young Arts features the colleges' renowned Saturday Arts Clubs and for over 30 years has worked to bridge the gap in arts provision for young people created by increasingly limited access to creative activity in schools.On this Art & Design course, children aged 11-13 years old will work with various specialist tutors throughout the term in a series of arts skills workshops and short projects. Participants will also have the opportunity invite parents, guardians and friends in to see their work at the end of term.
In this term, participants will explore art and design by creating artwork using various printing techniques, clays and ceramics plus a fashion based session, and group artworks.
