COVID-19 CUSTOMER GUIDELINES
In light of COVID-19 we have made significant changes to the way we operate and introduced a range of guidelines to provide our customers and team members with a safe environment for work and leisure. We have introduced clear signage throughout our venues to highlight our protocol and have condensed these into easily read social media graphics. Please find these attached. ONLINE PRE-BOOKING
To help manage footfall we have implemented a new online booking system, which customers can use to book a tee off time ahead of play. Any walk-in customers without a booking can be booked in for a later time that day.
This is a major change for us as we have always welcomed walk-ins and limited our online bookings to groups of 8+, therefore conveying this message online will be key to the efficient running of our venues. These bookings are for up to six people, government guidelines must be followed if meeting members of another household, with social distancing being maintained. Bookings over four will be slip into two groups. (maximum of 6 per booking).

We have made our last slot 14:50PM to ensure those who have to wait to enter the building have enough time to play. We also advise customers with bookings to leave enough time should there be a queue to enter the outlet itself.
