Join artist Caroline Walker as she discusses her work in conversation with Ella S. Mills, Associate Lecturer in Art History at the University of Plymouth, and Creative Director of talking on corners.
Walker's paintings of women refugees and asylum seekers show 'displaced' people in their homes. These spaces are often makeshift, impermanent and sometimes dangerous, underscoring the plight of these women as well as articulating the need to find a place to call home.
