About us
500 Women Scientists Plymouth Pod and Women in STEM in Plymouth (WISP) are hosting a screening of "My Love Affair with the Brain" on Wednesday 21st November at the University of Plymouth."My Love Affair with the Brain" is an hour-long film about the life and work of Dr Marian Diamond. Dr Diamond is considered one of the founders of modern neuroscience and conducted analysis on the brain of Albert Einstein. She revealed that our brains can change with experience over the course of our lifetimes. The film has won Eight Film Festival Awards including for "Best Documentary" and "Best Film" and is narrated by Mayim Bialik.
The screening is public and suitable for all ages above 10 years.
Time: 6pm for 6.15pm, with drinks and nibbles provided after the screening
