About us

Playful, imaginative and moving, 'Imagination Museum: Mayflower 400' is a performance about determination and the extraordinary things it makes ordinary people do.

Join our three dancer tour guides as they lead you on a journey through history, using movement, text and music to explore what it was like for many of the passengers who undertook the historic journey from England to America aboard the Mayflower in 1620.

Performances take place at 11am, 1pm and 3pm and last for 30 minutes.

Performances are free with no need to book although capacity is limited so make sure you turn up in good time to get a space!

Enjoy a screening of a new community film created in collaboration with local children and young people in our Simmons Learning Room afterwards.

'Imagination Museum: Mayflower 400' is produced by Made By Katie Green and supported by Arts Council England.
