About us

Red Bull Up The Mast returns to Plymouth for its final stop of 2026 — and it’s set to be a spectacular waterfront showdown.

On Saturday 26 September, 200 fearless competitors will head to Barbican & Sutton Harbour to tackle the ultimate test of speed, balance and nerve: racing along a greased mast to snatch the flag waiting at the very end.

The challenge is simple — but far from easy. Grab the flag and secure your place in the next round. Miss it, and you’re out.

As the pressure builds, only the quickest and most sure-footed challengers will make it to the final. One competitor will rise above the rest to be crowned Plymouth Champion 2026.
