About us

Refresh your body, mind and spirit while you listen to the soothing sounds of the sea as we mark International Yoga Day. Our session will be led by Haidee Dampney (Yoga with Haidee), who will guide you through breath awareness, posture, meditation and relaxation.

All abilities are welcome. Mats will be provided although you can bring your own if you wish. We would recommend that you bring a jumper or blanket for the end of the session.

Yoga with Haidee is insured and registered with the British Wheel of Yoga.

Please arrive 15 minutes before the session starts.
