About us
The Sunday Assembly is a godless congregation that celebrates life. Our aim is to inspire people to live better, help often and wonder more. Our mission is to help everyone first discover, and then achieve their full potential. We meet because we know we are stronger together than on our own. Each service contains great songs, inspiring talks, interesting readings which, together, refresh the soul and nourish the mind.We are very excited to announce the launch of Sunday Assembly Plymouth on Sunday 12th May 2019 at 10:30am. It will be held at Tothill Community Centre on Knighton Rd, Plymouth. Sunday Assembly Plymouth is a non-religious congregation offering people a welcoming environment to come to on a Sunday morning once a month in order to share their appreciation for life.
Anyone is welcome to come along to the Sunday Assembly Plymouth and congregate to hear
inspiring talks, sing great songs, listen to interesting readings, spend some time in quiet personal reflection, and digest it all over a cup of tea and slice of cake at the end. The theme of the first assembly is 'Beginnings' with Adam Hart Davis as the guest speaker.
