About us

What will the cities of tomorrow look like? And who gets to shape them?

Join researchers and leading national organisations at Plymouth's flagship cultural venue for an evening of conversation, debate and ideas about the future of our cities and communities. This is your chance to hear from the people working on these questions and to have your say.

The evening opens with a short talk before moving into a panel discussion exploring how design, data and planning shape our daily lives, and what role communities and citizens play in building the resilient, inclusive cities of the future. There will be plenty of opportunity to ask questions and join the conversation.

The panel brings together insights from researchers and key national organisations involved in the design and planning of future cities, with a particular focus on people and communities at the heart of that process.

Whether you are curious about the future of urban life or passionate about making Plymouth a better place, this is an evening worth being part of.
